At Aveline, we want you to be completely enamored with your wardrobe. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
